This is one of my favourite summer lunches. Delicious, fresh, quick to make, and actually reasonably good for you - and even if it's really warm and sunny out (which it isn't today, sadly), these wraps won't make you all hot and bothered in the way that certain heavier dishes will.
The use of dill means that there's a nice Scandinavian touch, too. Dill is commonly used for all kinds of dishes in Finland, although most people will probably connect it with new potatoes - they are served very simply with some dill and a little bit of butter. Gorgeous, and very summery. Personally, I like dill in salads, too - I find that it adds a certain crunchy greenness which makes people go "mmmm, what's in this salad? It tastes so much MORE!".
But I digress. This little lunch treat is what's on the agenda today, and like I said it couldn't be easier to make. Simply heat a tortilla wrap. Spread with some natural yoghurt, and a few slices of smoked salmon. Add half a sliced avocado, and squeeze some lime or lemon over it. Sprinkle generously with fresh dill (and rocket/rucola/arugula if you happen to have some at home - I didn't) and a quick grind of black pepper. Roll, halve, and enjoy!
This was my entry for Kalyn's Kitchen's Weekend Herb Blogging.

Oh, I love the sound of this. I usually am pretty lucky to get my dill to re-seed itself and come up the next year. I'll have to see if I can see any coming up yet.
